How does it all work?

We fully manage your accounting, reconciliations, reporting, VAT, and more. You get a dedicated team, custom tools (which we operate for you), and clear monthly reporting. All for one fixed fee.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on your current setup. We handle data migration, system integrations, and team training to make the switch seamless.

What systems do you integrate with?

We work with Xero as the main accounting system, AutoEntry for invoices sharing and processing, and our own custom tools, plus we integrate with major EPOS systems like Micros, Quadranet, Lightspeed, Foodics, Syrve, and more and with Inventory systems like Supy and more

Do I have to use your tech?

Not at all. Our tools are built for your business, but they’re fully managed by us. You just get the insights and results.

What do your fees include?

Everything: accounting service, dedicated staff, monthly reporting, system access, and support. No hidden charges or software add-ons.
