One transparent fee, per outlet.
No per-seat surprises, no per-module upsells. You pay for the outlets you run, and scale predictably as you grow. Choose the fully managed function, or licence the platform on its own.

Modular by design: start with the modules you need and add the rest as you grow. Pricing scales per outlet, with no per-seat or per-module surprises.
One fee, instead of all of this.
Your per-outlet fee covers what would otherwise be several salaries, separate software, and the months it takes to stand it all up.
The detail, answered.
Outlets are how hospitality groups actually think about scale. Per-outlet pricing keeps it predictable as you open venues, and means everyone on your team can use the platform without per-seat costs getting in the way.
The managed Finance Function is the full service — our dedicated team runs your books, payables, reporting, tax and consolidation on the platform. The Platform Licence is the software on its own, run by your own finance team. You can start with the platform and add the managed team whenever you're ready.
It depends which you take. The platform on its own is live in one to two weeks — we collect a few key details, set you up, connect your systems and train your team. The fully managed service takes four to eight weeks: we take the time to understand your business, then clean and complete your opening data and close any gaps in the books before we run it. The exact timeline depends on the state of your current records, and onboarding is scoped into your proposal up front — no separate setup fee. See /onboarding for the full process.
We prepare and file VAT on time, every period, as part of the managed fee. We also support corporate tax for eligible entities — and for larger groups or more complex structures, we recommend and work alongside specialist tax advisors.
EPOS including Oracle MICROS Simphony, Syrve, Quadranet, Aloha, Lightspeed, Omega and Foodics; SevenRooms for reservations; your inventory system; banking; and your accounting platform — Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and other major systems. New connectors are built in days.
No. We work with everything from a single site — a café, a standalone restaurant — up to large multi-brand groups. The best way to get an accurate number is a short call about your structure.
We become the finance function that runs day to day — books, payments, reporting, tax and consolidation. Many groups keep a CFO or advisor for strategy and let us run the operation beneath them; others hand us the whole thing. We shape the engagement around what you already have.
You do. You have access to your data throughout and can export it at any time — we hold it securely on your behalf and never sell or share it. There's no indefinite lock-in either: engagements run on a clear term, and we support a clean handover if you ever move on.
Let's be straight about fit.
- run anything from a single venue to a multi-brand group
- want yesterday's numbers today — not next month
- have outgrown spreadsheets or a general bookkeeper
- are opening, acquiring or expanding into new markets
- need board- or investor-grade reporting
- want an in-house finance function without building one
- aren't in hospitality — F&B is all we do
- only need books done once, at year-end
- are shopping purely on lowest price
